I think perhaps www.aslpro.com shows it more clearly. On sigingsavvy.com (my favorite site) "Busy" and "Business" look the same.

According to Bravo, the difference between BUSY and BUSINESS is the quickness and shortness of BUSY, as compared to BUSINESS. These are initialized signs. Speaking of initialized signs, use this same sign but with an "F" for FUNCTION and with an "I" for INDUSTRY. I use these signs with deaf college students who need these specific words with I interpret in their Business classes.

According to the Galluadet Dictionary, the differences are business is more of an up and down motion with the non-dominant hand closed "s" and busy is back and forth with an open palm.
