Down south here in the border of new Mexico and texas, the sign used to represent mexican is different. It is actually the "m" hand brushing along with top of the lip like a moustache. They also use the "v" hand shape coming outward from aabove the eye brow. The sign you used is Spain plus agent. Spanish and Mexican are two different nationalities.
