Paul I believe is correct that the example sentence is an example of MORALE and the sign shown is for MORAL. An update to this sign would be good so as to not confuse persons that are useing this otherwise very useful site.

You may have the corrrect sign, but your examples indicate that this is the sign for morale, not moral. Moral can be a noun or an adjective, while morale is only a noun and they refer to very different things. Morale means the state of relative enthusiasm, while moral indicates either a lesson learned or one's good character. I was hunting for the sign for moral.

The English equivalent says "moral" (as in ethical), but the example sentence seems like it means "morale" (as in overall positive or negative mood at the company). I'm not sure which the sign refers to!
