I am with Penny. I see this as "boss" and outside/outdoors signed as "out out." If there is something I am missing to distinguish this from "boss" I would be happy to be educated.

This sign looks very similar to the sign for boss. Other resources (Gallaudet dictionary + others) show the sign for "outdoors" to be kind of a double motion of the sign for "out". Can you clarify? So confusing. Much appreciated
