Is this a regional variation of the sign for ROLLERSKATE? I always knew this sign to be palm orientation DOWN not UP when producing this sign. I started learning sign in 1989 and have been a sign language interpreter for the past 11 years, AND part of the local roller derby team and I've never seen it produced this way in my region (midwest).
