This Savvy sign is similar to what I use for "shooting up" or "illicite drugs." I like to use the 'mime' sign, as if you're using a syringe at your upper arm. There's also the 'L'-hand with the fingertip touching the upper arm and the thumb "squeezing down" (like a single-movement, slowmotion '21').
