Here in the San Francisco Bay Area, I was taught that the sign for "vegetarian" is produced by placing a V shape next to the lips, palm out, and then flipping it so that it also lands near the lips, this time with the palm toward the face. I was hoping to find written instructions on how to correctly produce this sign here.
