i'm only an beginner ASL student, but I know that GRAY and GREEn are commnonly mixed up. Greem is the "slicing motion" or back anf roth motion, while gray is what is shown above. That was one thing that my teacher specified multiple times: the difference between one small motion and other. So, I would normally take it as green, not gray :)

My teacher does this sign: 5-hand, fingers spread out but ring finger is bent and index and thumb are crossed (like the R-hand) and hand is shook. Anyone ever seen this sign before?
