Would I use this same sign to say, "It makes me happy?" or is there a different one for that use of the word?

Need help with the word made; example he could no longer do what made his heart happy.

What would I look up to find the sign for "make" as a verb — as in "don't make me do it"? I tried compel, coerce, force, to no avail.
