The BRAVO ASL! series uses all the fingers with the hands held upward and palms forward. This Signing Savvy version (with the 'scissors' motion of both hands), if inverted with fingers forward and palms facing each other (inward) is our local (Southern) sign for CRAB. If you use just the index finger and the thumb, as tiny pinchers, it's our local (Southern) sign for crawfish.
