I see SEAL signed with the wrists (and forearms) together and the flat open-hands "clapping." I've also seen it (as awkward as it is) done with the elbows out and the wrists crossed so that the flat open-hands can "clap."

Signing Savvy User Jay - I've seen ENVELOPE or STAMP for seal as in "seal your fate." For "seal your lips" you use the same as KEEP QUIET or AIRTIGHT, or KEEP A SECRET (C-hand in front of mouth closes to an S-hand).

The only "seal" is the aquatic one. What is the sign for "seal" as in "it will seal your fate"?
