Please someone verify the correct sign. To Jason,(BOSS)is the c handshape of right hand on right shoulder.

That is the correct sign. It looks a lot like "boss", but "boss" ends with the tap staying on the shoulder. "Outside" ends with the hands moving toward the outside. Usually it is a bigger, more sweeping movement, like your hand is moving from your signing space to outside somewhere. Hope that helps :)

yes this is the correct sign for "outside".. Keep in mind just like English some concepts share the same word like tear and tear.

volunteer and shirt are identical signs but two completely different ideas.
