FAQ: Is there a way to clear the pop-up suggestions or auto-complete feature when I search the Signing Savvy dictionary?
The pop-up suggestions aren't actually a feature of Signing Savvy, they are a feature of your web browser.
You may clear the auto-fill / pop-up suggestions from happening by clearing your form history in your web browser settings. The steps to do this will be different depending on your web browser.
Directions depending on your web browser:
- Firefox - follow the directions for "Clearing form history"
Note: Clearing that in your browser will also remove the pop-up suggestions from when you are using other forms, like Google's search bar. Also, it doesn't remove the feature forever, you will need to periodically clear the history again if you want it to continue to not show you any suggestions.
