FAQ: I can't see the sign videos.
Most likely you do not have Flash installed or you are using an unsupported mobile device. See website requirements to resolve this issue.
NOTE: If you are using Internet Explorer, you may have to change your browser settings to get video to display properly. I suggest you change to another browser, such as Firefox, Chrome, or Safari, at least to test if things work for you.
- Click on Tools then Internet Options then the Advanced tab
- Go to Reset in "Reset Internet Explorer settings"
- Click the Reset tab and follow the prompts.
- Test to see if the video works on www.signingsavvy.com. If so, you are done!
- If not, then click on Tools then Internet Options then click Security.
- Click on restricted sites, the red circle with the bar thru it.
- Click on sites button.
- Scroll through the list to see if signingsavvy.com is listed here.
- If it is, highlight it and click remove. This will remove it from the restricted list.
