FAQ: I can't see the sign videos.

Most likely you do not have Flash installed or you are using an unsupported mobile device. See website requirements to resolve this issue.

NOTE: If you are using Internet Explorer, you may have to change your browser settings to get video to display properly. I suggest you change to another browser, such as Firefox, Chrome, or Safari, at least to test if things work for you.

If you do wish to continue to use Internet Explorer, follow these steps to get video working on IE:
  1. Click on Tools then Internet Options then the Advanced tab
  2. Go to Reset in "Reset Internet Explorer settings"
  3. Click the Reset tab and follow the prompts.
  4. Test to see if the video works on www.signingsavvy.com. If so, you are done!
  5. If not, then click on Tools then Internet Options then click Security.
  6. Click on restricted sites, the red circle with the bar thru it.
  7. Click on sites button.
  8. Scroll through the list to see if signingsavvy.com is listed here.
  9. If it is, highlight it and click remove. This will remove it from the restricted list.
