In ASL, they are the same sign.  There are other versions that you often see in a more religious setting, but they are considered English.

Good question! In English “love” is always just “love,” regardless of the meaning. The sign used in ASL is contextual, based on meaning. Checkout all the types of love in the dictionary: the sign on this page is LOVE (as in "to show love”), but you can also see LOVE (as in "crazy about”)LOVE (as in "to enjoy”)I LOVE YOU, and FALL IN LOVE.
