A lot of English signs are redundant in ASL & unnessesary. Like if you wanted to say you like Papa Johns pizza because of the garlic sauce, you would say

Papa Johns me like, Why? garlic sauce.

you wouldnt say, "me like papa johns pizza because they have garlic sauce". that is a lot to sign. You could add emphasis about how yummy it was with your expressions or add the sign for good and exaggerate it.

...also, the order you would usually sign is

Time > Subject > Comment

ie: [Yesterday, me fell, they laugh]
