This is a fun unique way to make tasty omelettes WITHOUT having to flip them!

All you need is a waffle maker, eggs and the varies ingredients you desire in your omelettes.

For the photos in this instance, I only used ham, bacon and cheese, but there are many other options!

(NOTE: Waffle Irons can come in different sizes.  The one I am using holds 2 eggs nicely.)

Directions:

1. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and scrabble them together with a whisk.

2. I like to add just a drizzle of milk.

3. Cut up a piece of deli ham and add to the bowl of scrabbled raw egg.

4. Add bacon bits (either from fresh bacon that is broken up, or from store bought bacon bits).

5. Add a sprinkle of your favorite type of shredded cheese.

6. Add any other items you might like in your omelette. (tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, onions, etc..)

7. Before pouring the egg batter into the waffle iron, be sure to spray both the top and bottom of the iron with cooking spray.

8. Pour the egg batter into the iron and carefully close the top.

9. Wait and watch as the omelette quickly cooks to a point it has nice borwned edges.

10. Once the omelette is cooked to degree you desire, use a fork to lift the cooked omelette and place it on a plate.

Enjoy!
