Sign Word List: 'A Quiet Place' vocabulary (Visual Memory) Dr. B
Word 1 of 16

Word List Author Note: Dr. B does not see Deaf people making a distinction between the signs ALRIGHT and RIGHTS. One movement is used for both. Notice the movement of dominant hand for LET / ALLOW. The Dom.Hand does the same thing in RIGHTS, but it is 'upon' the upturned Non-Dom palm. (Dr. B uses the gloss-word RIGHTS, so that 'RIGHT' is kept for the sign that means "opposite LEFT." And he uses CORRECT instead of 'RIGHT,' for clarity/distinction.) COSTELLO's ASL Dictionary: RIGHT #2

ALRIGHT, or RIGHTS (compared to ALLOW, let, permit)
