You would start with two S hands over the heart. The dominant hand twists down and the nondominant hand twists up. Think of wringing out a towel after crying. :-)  BC

I signed up for an account today and came here for this! Our university's ASL club posted a link of this today as their "sign of the day," and as a very fledgling lefty ASL learner, of course I immediately wondered. File under "things only left-handed think about." I wonder if there is at least some small number of other signs that don't follow the general rule of just directly mirroring everything about the right-handed sign. Might be a good topic for conversation with the club!

Are you on Twitter? Because it just so happens that earlier this week I posted a couple of Tweets about some linguistic rules for "same and different handshapes". Smiling. 

If both hands have different handshapes (e.g. WORD, SODA) then the dominant hand will do the movement and the non-dominant hand will not move.

If both hands move independently (e.g. EXCITE, PLAY) they will have the same handshape, location and type of movement.

Its not just one sign. You would need a whole combination of signs to get this concept across. You could use this: Feel strong, know right, heart feel, 100 percent.  I hope this helps!  BC
