Kinesthetic learners can benefit by adding motions as they sing. I do not sign every word, but just pick some of the words from the passage. These word lists show the signs I would use.

WEEK 1: Scripture Hand Motions Cycle 2

When signing, "I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth." I use these signs.

    (as in "me")
  • BLESS
  • LORD
    (as in "God")
  • PRAISE
    (as in "to give praise")
  • MOUTH

    When signing, "My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad." I use these signs.

  • SOUL

  • HEAR
    (as in "the ability to hear")

    When signing, "Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!" I use these signs.
