These are really cute and easy to make.  Depending on your time restraints, you can make the brownies early and then just do the assembly of the "ghostly parts" with the students at school.  

*These are all ghosts, but I have also seen them made with purple chocolate frosting to make monsters or orange chocolate frosting to make jack-o-lanterns.

Cut the brownies once cooled, top with a marshmallow, melt the chocolate in the microwave (at 50% so you don't over cook), drizzle over the top of the marshmallow.  Let cool in the refrigerator, then add the eyes using black icing in a decorator tube with a fine tip on the end. (Some candy/bakery stores also sell little eyes that are perfect as well.)
